VI MÔ xấu - sức CẦU xấu trong dân chúng, buiness, CP - thì không làm sao mà VĨ MÔ tốt lên được.
Nếu nói "vĩ mô tốt, vi mô xấu", thì CP phải tung ra số tiền ĐẦU TƯ vô cùng lớn, lớn hơn số sụt từ household spendings và business investments.
Hiện nay, C và I quá thấp, G không thể nào bù đắp vào được, cho công thức tính Aggregate Demand:
AD = C + I + G + (Ex - Im).
